MXD Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function. If you are passionate about people, compliance, and organisational development, we would like to hear from you.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Professional registration with South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) will be advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
• Manage performance management systems
• Lead employee relations and organisational development initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
