Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering consultancy whose work spans commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments, and they pride themselves on combining technical excellence with smart, efficient design. Now, they are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in leading projects, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of their structures—and their business.
Requirements:
· 10+ years’ experience in a consulting environment
· Education : BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil/ Structural Engineering
· Proven experience delivering complex structural projects
· Strong design capability in concrete, steel and masonry structures
· Professional registration with ECSA or eligible to register
Responsibilities:
· Lead the structural design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
· Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
· Conduct site inspections and provide construction support
· Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and quality control
