My client, a well-established UK-based Managed Services Provider (MSP), is expanding into South Africa and is urgently seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support UK customers.
Key requirements (non-negotiable):
Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration
Intune device & user management experience
Firewall & networking exposure
MSP / Service Desk environment experience
Strong troubleshooting & customer communication skills
