Core Group is seeking dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassadors / Promoters to support our retail activations, new product launches, promotional events, and peak trading periods such as Black Friday.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love engaging with customers.
Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading consumer technology brands at events and retail environments. You will create memorable customer experiences, drive product awareness, and support sales during high-impact campaigns.
This is a temporary, as-needed position, with a maximum of 108 hours per month.
You will be scheduled according to business needs, including:
- Retail trading hours
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- Peak promotional periods
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers
- Drive sales and assist customers with product queries
- Create engaging, positive brand experiences
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation
- Support store teams during activations and campaigns
- Accurately report attendance and promotional feedback when required

- Previous sales or promotional experience advantageous
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new products

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to engage comfortably with customers of all ages
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid cellphone number and regularly monitored email address
- Reliable transport or ability to navigate public transport effectively
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
