Main ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and management within the Audit, Accounting, and Tax Department nationally. Drive business development initiatives. Review and sign off on all reports ensuring quality and compliance. Manage and oversee quality control processes within the firm. Supervise, train, and develop staff members. Develop, manage, and monitor branch revenue targets. Implement and manage projects effectively. Act as, or be willing to become, a SAICA Trainee Officer. Managing an existing portfolio of clients will be an advantage. Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Qualified CA(SA) with a tertiary qualification. NON-NEGOTIABLE Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within an audit firm.
