Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field. Formal certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy (advantageous but preferred where industry-specific). Minimum of 35 years demonstrable experience in social media content creation and digital brand management. Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, or relevant platforms). Portfolio of published work demonstrating high-quality content creation (visual, written, and/or video). Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed Examples of content created (video, visual and written), including any use of AI tools Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar) Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
