Minimum Requirements:Admitted Conveyancer Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience Extensive experience handling Property Transfers from instruction to registration Ability to manage high volumes independently Strong knowledge of Deeds Office procedures and compliance Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers and clients Business development ability will be advantageous Key Responsibilities:
