A luxury Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house teams
Ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience
Manage labour, stock control, and cost of sales
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong financial and stock control knowledge
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Professional presence with a guest-focused mindset
