Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales, within the telecommunications/office automation industry. Must have a Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with B2B sales, especially in enterprise or SME segments.Responsibilities
Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients. Present, promote and sell products. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Informing customers of new product offerings. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Base retention – attending to client needs. Achieve sales target as set by the company.
