Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting. Client Needs Analysis:
Conduct structured consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Client Retention & Upselling:
Strengthen existing relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maximise account value. Negotiation & Closing:
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Market & Competitor Awareness:
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. Personal Branding & Networking:
