Conveyancer/ Notary required for a Lynnwood based law firm.+/ min of 3 years experience
Experience in Transfers Deceased Transfers/ Insolvency Transfers/ SIE transfers
Experience in Bonds Absa Bank / Standard Bank / Nedbank and SA Homeloans
Experience in Legal cancellations Standard Bank
Notarial work Servitudes
Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to strict turnaround times
Attention to detail and good management skills
Being a Notary will be an advantage
Salary R 37 000.00 R 50 000.00 depending on qualifications and experience
