Description:
RequirementsBachelors Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA advantageous. 810 years in operational management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Exposure to mining, industrial supply, mechanical/pump/slurry systems, civil works, or contractor operations. Proven experience managing multi-site operations and operational performance. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
