Key Requirements: Relevant Tertiary Qualification. At least two years relevant experience within the agriculture sector. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. Solid understanding of stock management systems. Strong communication skills. Job Description:Import all stock into the system accurately and within the required timeframe to ensure timely availability of data for operations. Reconcile system stock against physical stock at cold stores. Investigate and resolve discrepancies from reconciliation. Handle stock-related queries promptly. Book sample and/or marketing pallets as requested. Perform daily checks on overall stock to ensure there are no inconsistencies. Process mates data, including calculating weights and linking pallet details with container and vessel. Generate shipment documentation and send to freight forwarders. Manage Paltrack registrations for fresh produce suppliers. Maintain masterdata on systems. Ensure effective and efficient communication with packhouses to support smooth operations. Prioritise tasks effectively, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure to meet operational deadlines.
