Role Overview:The successful candidate will:
- Take ownership of architectural design and technical direction across projects
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development team members
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party system integration
- Ensure optimal performance, security, reliability, and scalability across environments
- Uphold and promote best practices in clean code, SOLID principles, and software craftsmanship
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum of 7 years experience in full stack software development Demonstrated experience in system architecture and solution design Proven leadership and team mentoring capability
