TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within the Trade division in Winterton, KwaZulu-Natal.

Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support through processing purchase orders and invoices, managing stock receiving, and handling banking and reconciliations. The Admin Co-Ordinator also performs general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Receive stock
  • Banking, sales, and reconciliation
  • Prepare and capture reports; summarise data
  • General office duties, including filing
  • Maintain and update archive
  • Handle monthly stock take program
  • Assist cashiers with general queries
  • Prepare cost and selling price corrections
  • Maintain delivery notebooks and key register
  • Follow up on claims
  • Perform health and safety duties
  • Host auditors during visits and requests
  • Reconcile poison register
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures
  • Process EFTs and UIRs


Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
