We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize the full warehouse and logistics cycle. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate stock management within a fast-paced environment dealing with water management products such as gutters, downpipes, and tanks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, team supervision, and process improvement initiatives to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Control:
Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and audits, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff while fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
