- Lead large-scale transformation and system modernisation initiatives
- Drive AI, machine learning, CRM and predictive analytics implementation
- Oversee re-platforming, refactoring and cloud migration initiatives
- Ensure architectural integrity and compliance across all platforms
- Measure ROI on digital initiatives and optimise investment impact
Data & Innovation
- Drive realisation of enterprise data use cases
- Embed robust data privacy and security frameworks
- Identify emerging technologies that create strategic advantage
- Implement scalable cloud-based solutions
