Previous experience in an Assistant Manager position with good leadership skills
Looking for someone who is passionate about Retail and familiar with excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with Computer knowledge in Word, Excell and Outlook
Dealing with complaints and providing solutions
Be in control of all shop procedures, customer services, merchandising, loss prevention and cash handling procedures (POS Systems)
Strong leadership in order to lead and motivate your team
