MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (All Roles)
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant diploma/degree (advantageous).
- 3–5 years proven sales experience.
- Experience in property sales, rentals, commercial property, or development is a strong advantage.
- Professional, dynamic, dedicated, hardworking, and well-spoken.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Ability to sustain your basic salary for the first 3–6 months while building your sales pipeline.
Attend networking functions thrughout the year and not scared to put the extra hours in forsecuring the business.
Cold calling of over 100 calls a week and turning around 15 interests
