Listed construction company based in Pretoria and operating nationally, is looking for a top calibre National Operations Manager to join their team.
This person will manage a division in the business which includes human resources - recruiting and managing sales team; comms and marketing; stock and admin.
Requirements:
- Business Management: 10 years or more
- People Management: 10 years or more
- Knowledge Of Construction Indusltry: 10 years or more
The ideal person for this position will have completed a business degree and have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position. Business acumen is vital in this role as is the ability to work both independently and part of his/her team. A high EQ is essential, self management, self discipline, well organised, etc. Excellent communication skills goes without saying. Top class - world class company - stable and always growing.
