A fst-growing, Dynamic company in the Cape, North Suburbs is looking for an experienced HR Manager:

DUTIES:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure BCEA compliance, uphold brand standards, and maintain a strong pipeline of trained, store ready staff.

Core Focus Areas:

  • Handles Onboarding process, disciplinaries, recruitment, and ensure full compliance with Employment Act, and Training of Staff. (120)
  • Training development, delivery, audits, and continuous staff readiness
  • Compliance with BCEA, policies, contracts, and HR administration
  • Accurate payroll support, leave verification, and documentation
  • Discipline management and coaching of managers
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, meetings, and planning

Key Deliverables:

  • Full Training Framework (Manual, Welcome Pack, Re Training Manual
  • Error free employee files, contracts, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • On time payslips, deduction agreements, and split summaries
  • Consistent brand and product knowledge compliance across all stores
  • Accurate staff entries/exits and exit documentation within 7 days of final payment

KPIs:

  • 100% accuracy in HR admin, leave, payroll inputs, and compliance
  • Reduced turnover, improved retention, fewer repeat discipline cases
  • Fully trained staff available at all times
  • Weekly manager meetings completed
  • BCEA compliance maintained and updated
