DUTIES:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure BCEA compliance, uphold brand standards, and maintain a strong pipeline of trained, store ready staff.
Core Focus Areas:
- Handles Onboarding process, disciplinaries, recruitment, and ensure full compliance with Employment Act, and Training of Staff. (120)
- Training development, delivery, audits, and continuous staff readiness
- Compliance with BCEA, policies, contracts, and HR administration
- Accurate payroll support, leave verification, and documentation
- Discipline management and coaching of managers
- Weekly and monthly reporting, meetings, and planning
Key Deliverables:
- Full Training Framework (Manual, Welcome Pack, Re Training Manual
- Error free employee files, contracts, leave records, and payroll inputs
- On time payslips, deduction agreements, and split summaries
- Consistent brand and product knowledge compliance across all stores
- Accurate staff entries/exits and exit documentation within 7 days of final payment
KPIs:
- 100% accuracy in HR admin, leave, payroll inputs, and compliance
- Reduced turnover, improved retention, fewer repeat discipline cases
- Fully trained staff available at all times
- Weekly manager meetings completed
