This role offers the opportunity to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiencies and influence strategic outcomes across a network of branches.Key Focus Areas:
- End-to-end responsibility for regional financial operations across multiple locations
- Driving accurate financial reporting and delivering commercial insights to senior leadership
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
- Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Overseeing operational finance functions, including reconciliations, payroll reviews and payment approval
- Partnering with regional and branch leadership to support performance improvement
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role within a multi-site or operational environment
- Demonstrated experience in audit, compliance and operational finance environments
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- A confident communicator with proven leadership ability
- Comfortable travelling as required
