- Registered with SACAP
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration
- Minimum 3 completed shopping centresKey ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership
- Develop concept and design strategy
- Ensure design quality and consistency
- Present to the client and stakeholdersRegulatory Compliance
- Oversee the council submission process
- Ensure compliance with SANS 10400 and municipal requirementsTeam Leadership
