Description:

My client is looking for a reliable, structured and hands-on Afrikaans speaking Office Administrator / Logistics Support for their office in Bellville (Cape Town).This person must already live in Bellville, or within the surrounding areas. This person will assist with daily office operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, ensuring departments communicate effectively, and making sure logistics and admin processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks and maintain filing systems
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and internal communications
  • Coordinate between departments (Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance)
  • Maintain company documentation, records, and compliance files
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and basic inventory records
  • Support invoice documentation and general finance administration
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day logistics support (Couriers, collections, checking order picking & packing
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • 1st language Afrikaans and 2nd language English (fluent in both, spoken and written)
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience in office administration - within a manufacturing or trading environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working on Pastel
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and process-driven
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • Able to work independently and manage deadline
