Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all lodge kitchen operations and wedding catering Design and execute high-end, seasonal menus Lead, train, and manage kitchen teams Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards Manage stock control, food costs, and kitchen budgetsRequirements:
Proven Executive Chef / Senior Head Chef experience in a luxury lodge, 5-star hotel, or fine dining environment Strong leadership and financial management skills Experience in high-end events and weddings Ability to thrive in a remote lodge settingCompetitive market-related salary + accommodation provided.
