Description:
Role PurposeTo provide comprehensive administration support through accurate documentation and typing skills. The role is responsible for managing recurring safety files schedules, processing procedures, maintaining accurate information data, conducting monthly OHS audits.
Key Responsibilities
Capture clients, technical and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Manage the Green Banding data base. Manage all safety file process. Ensure all data is accurate and completed timeously.
Administration & Reporting
Provide general administration support as required. Prepare technical reports and summaries for management. Support month-end and year-end audit processes
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
Grade 12 or equivalent H&S qualification Computer skills Own transport and accommodation Drivers Licence at least Code 10 Experience
Sound knowledge and relevant experience in administration Previous experience in a similar position (advantageous) Sound knowledge of filing and administration duties. Technical Competencies
Strong understanding of l administration principles MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word) Excellent typing skills and accuracy (essential) Ability to manage multiple l tasks and priorities Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Communication & Interpersonal Skills
