Build and manage tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, UTM links) to ensure data accuracy and insight. Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to align ad performance with brand storytelling. Minimum 5 years of agency experience in Paid Ads or Performance Marketing. Google Ads Certification (or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4.
