Description:
- Take full responsibility of the stores function within the branch
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of its staff If and when applicable
- Monitor stock in transit and ensure no unauthorised stock movements are initiated to your store location
- Monitor One-Step movements into your branch on a weekly basis and report on discrepancies
- Review the SAP generated stock order and adjust as needed weekly.
- Source stock from head office or other branches as additional demand arises
- Resolve stock queries from clients reconcile stock on SAP, stock couriered and resolve queries
- Create a physical stock count; Enter and post physical stock counts
- Report on discrepancies encountered during stock counts
- Monitor stock levels and propose new safety stock levels based on sales performance to minimise stock outs
- Maintain 5S standard within stores
- Make sure Bins and shelves are always up to date with correct codes and locations
- Regular Cycle Counts
- Plan & Manage Driver delivery route & Collection points If and when applicable
- Ensure Vehicle checklist is completed once per week If and when applicableMinimum requirements:
Matric with at least 2-3 years experience at a Storeman I level
Ability to supervise and co-ordinate Stores activities within the branch
Working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
