We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CMT Factory Manager to lead and stabilise operations within a clothing manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving productivity, reducing quality defects, enforcing operational discipline, and driving overall factory performance.
The business is in Umbili, Durban. This is a senior operational leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge of CMT production systems, workforce management, and performance optimisation.
