Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and Executive team to define and execute organisational and operational strategy Lead, optimise, and integrate end-to-end operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management Oversee budgets, financial controls, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operational performance Establish and maintain robust governance, compliance, risk management, and reporting frameworks Drive data-led decision-making through operational analytics, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Lead senior management teams, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture Manage key stakeholder, supplier, and partner relationships, including contract and SLA oversight
Job Experience and Skills Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 10 years operational experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role Proven experience managing complex operations across multiple functions (e.g. operations, finance, supply chain, customer service) Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and analytics Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, drive change, and implement scalable systems and processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational / financial reporting tools Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, labour legislation, and corporate governance
