Key ResponsibilitiesDesign civil and structural elements for buildings, sites, and steel and concrete structures within electricity network projects Act as the Civil/Structural discipline engineer within project teams Develop preliminary concepts into fully engineered basic and detailed construction designs Prepare technical specifications and STABU documentation Request and evaluate supplier and contractor quotations Execute upgrades, extensions, and modifications to existing facilities, as well as new-build projects Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, guidelines, and engineering best practices Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline Minimum 3 years experience as a Civil or Structural Engineer/Designer, preferably within project-based environments Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Native Afrikaans speaker What You Can Expect
