Description:
RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building and civil contracting company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent for a 6-month contract in the Cederberg area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to lead site operations on key civil infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities for the project
- Ensure the project is executed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to the project specifications
- Prepare site reports and maintain accurate documentation for the project
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar qualification
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Agent, preferably with road and stormwater projects
- Experience in stormwater rehabilitation and road infrastructure
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote site location
- Valid driver’s license
