Minimum requirements:Matric Paralegal Qualification (Advantageous) Minimum 5+ years experience as a Legal PA within a law firm Proficient in AJS Billing System Strong understanding of legal processes and law firm procedures Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment Excellent multitasking and time management skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Full secretarial and PA support to senior attorneys Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence Diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deadlines Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and external stakeholders Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
