How you'll role
As a Sales Representative, you'll independently manage sales activities within the Pretoria/Centurion regions while being part of a collaborative team. The position requires initiating and following through on sales leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with clients is crucial, and the ideal candidate should thrive in a largely remote work environment, with flexibility to be present in the office once a week, possibly more on occasion.
What you'll do
- Drive sales through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, leads, and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries (email, phone, walk-ins) and follow up on leads
- Meet prospective clients, present tailored fragrance solutions, and conduct site assessments (incl. HVAC layout review)
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and grow client database
- Manage client relationships, upsell opportunities, and monitor P.O. renewals
- Coordinate technicians, deliveries, and installations through to implementation
- Check equipment and adjust settings where required
- Manage stock take and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with product production
- Prepare job briefs and maintain accurate client records
- Submit sales reports and keep management updated
- Resolve client complaints and ensure ongoing satisfaction
