Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overseeing financial controls. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and analytical skills to provide strategic insight and support to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide accurate financial information to senior management
- Manage and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and key performance indicators
- Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
- Prepare financial statements and provide guidance on financial decision-making
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) will be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
