Description:
DUTIES:
- Attract new sponsorships and donations against set targets
- Research and identify potential funders and funding opportunities
- Initiate and build relationships through face to face engagements, networking events, Cold calling etc
- Prepare and submit a targeted number of fundraising proposals per month
- Manage and service an allocated donor portfolio
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting obligations
- Liaise with Projects teams to identify funding needs and develop compelling proposals
- Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising activities on the database
- Achieve fundraising targets as agreed upon

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Grade 12/Matric
· A Fundraising or Sales & Marketing Certificate will be an advantage
· A valid driver's license
· Proven experience in sales or fundraising
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Sales and/or Fundraising
