A leading FMCG company is looking for a Quality & Food Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with HACCP, PRP and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
Key Duties:
* Coordinate GMP & PRP programmes
* Monitor CCP records & compliance
* Conduct food safety awareness interventions
* Review IMTE results & maintain system documentation
Requirements:
- Food Safety Management System: 3 to 4 years
- ISO 22000, FSSC 22000: 2 to 3 years
- HACCP, VACCP, TACCP: 2 to 3 years
Requirements:
✔ BSc / National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science (advantageous)
✔ Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, VACCP & TACCP
✔ Minimum 2 years’ FMCG experience (food safety focused)
✔ Grain milling knowledge (advantageous)
