Field Support Technician ! Join our dynamic support team. This role is ideal for a technically strong, solution-driven professional who thrives in a live network support environment and enjoys working directly with clients on-site.Key Responsibilities Provide on-site troubleshooting and fault resolution for network and connectivity issuesDiagnose and resolve fibre and Cat6 infrastructure faultsPerform router configuration and basic network adjustmentsSupport installations and infrastructure upgradesLiaise with NOC for escalations and coordinated fault resolutionConduct network testing and diagnosticsEnsure accurate reporting and documentation of field workParticipate in standby rotation for after-hours support Minimum requirements:- Matric (Grade 12)
- N+ Networking certification
- Proven experience in a Field Technician / ISP / Networking Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, wireless, TCP/IP)
- Experience working in a live support environment
- Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to travel to client sites
