- A relevant Degree (Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related).
- 35+ years experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience with cost breakdown analysis and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
