Role Purpose
Oversee and coordinate the manufacturing and production of animal feed and to ensure that all feed is produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, regulatory, and food-safety standards.
Candidate should be strong in communication, teamwork, planning & Organizing and embracing change.Experience
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
Feed Miller Certification
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a feed production facility
Technical Skills
MS Outlook Intermediate
MS Excel Intermediate
MS Word Intermediate
SharePoint Intermediate
Excellent knowledge of animal feed production processes
Strong understanding of quality control measures
Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles
Understanding of ISO 22000, Act 36 (Agriculture), and farm feed regulations

Ensure compliance with all food-safety policies and procedures
Prevent, control, and detect potential contaminants
