Minimum requirements:Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification 35 years sales experience with exposure to the full sales process Experience in B2B sales (franchise, retail, or distribution environment advantageous) Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Pastel Evolution or similar ERP system advantageous) Knowledge of construction, tooling, or equipment hire industry will count strongly in your favour. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees (our clients), developing a deep understanding of their business needs and opportunities Manage the full internal sales process, from enquiry to after-sales follow-up Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services Provide informed advice and solutions that align with franchise requirements Collaborate with external sales and operations teams to ensure aligned sales strategies Manage order processing, quotations, stock requirements, and related administration Track sales performance, analyse data and trends, and report insights to management Consultant: Joelene Koekemoer - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
