An established auto and marine upholstery business is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality workmanship across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities

Manage a team of upholsterers and workshop staff

Ensure all auto and marine upholstery work meets quality standards

Plan and schedule jobs to meet deadlines

Monitor materials, stock levels, and equipment

Liaise with customers regarding job progress and requirements

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment
Requirements:

Proven experience in auto and/or marine upholstery

Previous supervisory or team leader experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
