Minimum requirements:Matric Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline linked to fruit oil production would be highly beneficial 3 years' hands-on experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment would be advantageous Formal training or experience in quality assurance systems, including food safety standards, laboratory compliance, and recognised certification frameworks such as FSSC Computer Literate Reliable transportt Key Responsibilities:
Oversee laboratory operations, including equipment, samples, and testing procedures Conduct quality checks on raw, in-process, and finished products Analyse test results to ensure and improve product consistency and standards Develop, update, and implement procedures for oil processing and related products
