Progas is a gas company based in the South of Durban in Isipingo. We specialize in gases and welding consumables and have retail stores throughout the Durban area.
We are looking for passionate, energetic and sales-driven Retail Team Leaders.
All applicants are required to have strong customer service and sales skills. They must be able to achieve sales targets and grow the business. The candidate will also be responsible for motivating and upskilling team members.
Requirements:
3 Years’ Experience in retail/sales
1-2 Years’ Experience in a supervisory role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Computer literate
Exceptional counting and analytical Skills
Knowledge of gas will be an advantage
Accuracy – Able to pay close attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
Must have reliable transport
