Requirements:
Must have previous experience working as a Service Controller in the IT / Office Automation / Automotive Industry
Strong administration skills is essential
Excellent communication skills is essential
Would suit a mature individual
Must have matric
Must be computer literate
Duties:
Allocation & Dispatching of Technicians
Managing job cards
Handling service calls from clients
All service related administration etc.
