Description:
Key Duties:- Lead and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and group reporting standards.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, including VAT, tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Review and maintain accounting policies, procedures
- Develop and maintain financial reporting templates
- Evaluate and improve financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with business units to analyse financial results
- Assess risks and provide commentary on financial performance and deviations from budgets or forecasts.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) with at least 3 years post-article experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in financial reporting
- Strong technical skills: IFRS and statutory reporting
