Description:
Duties:Oversee daily operations of the shop, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards at all times.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
Manage inventory levels and orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Monitor and analyse sales and financial reports
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience managing a coffee shop or restaurant is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Valid SA ID
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
