Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations continue to run smoothly, systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of the machines do not deteriorate Inspect drivers , motors, belts , bearings , replace filters and perform other maintenance actions following checklists Be able to comply with Food Safety standards Assemble, install, and repair, pipe system ans plumbing machinery and equipment on steam and waterlines Ensure that the department complies with all Health & Safety regulations Diagnose and correct mechanical issues Inspect , operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine for malfunctions Direct and train workers to install , maintain mechanical and electrical equipment Record maintenance and repair work performed Clean and lubricate shafts ,bearings , gears and other parts of machinery Manage projects and machine installationsQaulifications:
Grade 12 3 Years experience Must have Millwright trade test 3 - 4 years of post -trade experience PLC/VSD drivers experience Panel wiring experience Ability to priortize workload Report writing and analysis on job cards Monitoring apprentices Must be able to work shifts and be available callouts and standby Driver's license with transpot Hands on experience with installation , maintenance and repairs of machinery such as mixers , ovens, proofers , conveyors , slicers and packaging equipment
