Description:Greet customers and schedule service appointments Accurately capture customer concerns and vehicle details Open and manage job cards Provide service estimates and explain recommended repairs Liaise with technicians and the workshop manager regarding vehicle progress Keep customers updated on repair status and costs Ensure timely invoicing and handover of vehicles Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Handle queries and resolve customer concerns professionally Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Valid drivers licence (essential) Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership (essential) Strong knowledge of automotive service processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer literate (experience with dealership management systems advantageous) Well-presented and professional Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes:
