Installs, maintains, dismantles, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment to ensIre maximum uptime in production environments. Able to read blueprints, align complex machinery, troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and perform welding. Key duties include preventative maintenance, rigging, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OHSA).Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation & Assembly: Assemble, install, and align new machinery using precision tools (micrometers, plumb bobs, laser alignment).
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, including lubrication, parts replacement, and cleaning to prevent breakdowns.
